All in all, I can’t praise enough this beautiful house and thoughtful owners! We will come again!

First of all, this house is even more beautiful than on photos, flawlessly clean, super comfortable and with everything you could need. Kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily cook a very elaborated meals in there like at home in your own kitchen. Bedrooms have big and comfortable beds, with very good quality of mattresses and pillows and beautiful linen bedspreads. Bathrooms are clean and elegant. Both bedrooms and a beautiful living room have AC, but the house has stone walls so is never really awfully hot inside. The terrace is wonderfully decorated with lots of plants and comfortable sitting area, and also nice and big dinner table- if you decide to make elaborated meal that I mentioned above. Owners are very thoughtful people and you can see that in every detail- for example there are hand woven beach bags with beach towels at your disposal. And also beach hats in case you forgot your own! The house is situated in the old town of Groznjan, one minute from the main tower. Groznjan is a small but lively Istrian town with many galleries and lots of people on the street- talking, drinking coffee or a glass of wine. Groznjan is a town of music so you can always here someone playing a piano or a violin, and in the evening there is a good chance to enjoy some nice jazz music coming out of open windows. There is one small, but very well equipped store- with warm bread and croissants in the morning, fruits and vegetables and a nice selection of Istrian wine and crafted beers. Around Groznjan there are kilometers of cycling paths through Istrian nature. Sea is only 20 minutus away and beaches are beautiful! And if you have kids or like adventure yourself you can go to Istralandia- water adventure park that is approximately 25min by car. 

Owners offered us even to arrange wine tour- in that part of Istria you can find best Croatian wine cellars. Also they provided us with bike, as well as with fresh fish when we asked them. We really enjoyed our stay!
